Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Complex Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects from inception through lifecycle completion.
- Modern Tool Proficiency: Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office and standard project management software (such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet) to manage timelines, backlogs, and resources.
- Proven Experience: A Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of project management experience (including at least 3 years supporting IT initiatives) OR 11+ years of related business experience.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Leadership: Lead and coordinate multiple complex IT projects and programs with significant organizational impact.
- Strategic Delivery: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance artifacts to ensure flawless execution.
- Proactive Risk Management: Anticipate risks, issues, and resource constraints early, implementing mitigation strategies before they impact delivery.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align priorities and drive results.
- Executive Communication: Provide clear, concise performance reporting and facilitate executive decision-making by presenting clear options, tradeoffs, and solution paths.
