Business Analyst

Business Analyst needs 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within aerospace, defense, or highly regulated environments.

Business Analyst requires:

• Business Analyst, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, CBAP, Six Sigma, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, ERP systems, MRP systems, Aerospace, Defense
• Expertise in financial modeling, operational analysis, process improvement, and data analytics using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data to various stakeholders.
• Understanding of industry-specific regulatory, operational, and supply chain considerations in aerospace and defense.
• Professional certifications (CBAP, Six Sigma, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, & Microsoft Project) as well as familiarity with ERP/MRP systems are highly regarded.
• Prior experience working on government contracts, defense programs, or commercial aerospace projects.
• Ability to lead process standardization, drive strategic alignment, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration
• Bachelors degree in business administration, economics, data analytics, or a related field.
