Buyer

Buyer needs 3–5 years of experience in buyer and purchasing functions.

Requires:

• Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel/SQL.
• Experience with purchasing and production-related scheduling, including lead times, payments, air shipping, and working with distributors.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery).

Duties:

• Develop weekly/monthly production plans and schedules, aligning manufacturing activities with sales forecasts and customer demand.
• Analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock, reducing excess while preventing shortages of raw materials and finished goods.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, MES) to release manufacturing orders and manage inventory records.
• Collaborate with procurement to align material availability with production schedules.
