The Sales Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market planning and development of initiatives to support the brand in North America (US, Canada & Puerto Rico). This position is responsible for leading a team that develops and implements strategic marketing initiatives to build the brand, while driving traffic, sales, and profits. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic and consistent approach for all customer touch points.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in integrated or brand marketing/project management.
  • Must be a results-driven critical thinker who embraces innovation and is a self-starter.
  • Must display a passion for the brand, be highly collaborative, and be effective at working cross-functionally to achieve business goals and results.
  • Must possess an in-depth understanding of brand marketing principles to deliver marketing initiatives from a brand-right, customer point of view.
  • Experience with marketing project management and integrated marketing campaign execution.
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and go-to-market planning capabilities.
  • Proven experience in agency management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating CRM, social, paid media, PR, and in-store marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Leadership & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear vision for brand initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive traffic and sales.
  • Innovation: Identify opportunities for new, test-and-learn initiatives based on consumer insights and industry trends.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, offering recommendations to optimize current and future campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve professional growth and business goals.
