Venor is proud to partner with C-Therm in their search for a Sales Executive to support the outbound team in Fredericton, NB.

C-Therms purpose is to simplify thermal conductivity testing for the materials of tomorrow. Their clientele, including NASA, 3M, Honeywell, Lucid Motors, and Intel, attests to their commitment to excellence. Spanning diverse industries from textiles to electric vehicles, their global presence extends to over 60 countries.

This newly created position of Sales Executive will collaborate closely with our world-class subject matter experts in science and engineering. You will target new business opportunities through market analysis and existing lead generation processes and have an opportunity to sell proven products and services to many research and development companies.

What a Sales Executive will do at C-Therm

In this role, your high energy and passion for engaging new prospects will be your driving force. You will collaborate closely with our world-class subject matter experts in science and engineering. You will execute campaigns seamlessly, utilizing the resources provided by our team, and demonstrate your prowess in crunching through prepared lists. What youll be doing

  • Perform a high-volume of telephone calls daily
  • Rigorously pursue sales through meaningful and impactful conversations. Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers to understand their business needs.
  • Execute strategic campaigns crafted by the marketing team and have influence in identifying new opportunities based on feedback and research.
  • Actively manage the new sales funnel, track progress through our CRM and provide updates on progress and forecast future sales.

What were looking for in an ideal candidate

  • You possess experience in sales or customer service experience.
  • You have a highly competitive spirit and a bias towards action.
  • Inherent persuasiveness you can articulate ideas convincingly and leave a lasting impact on your audience.
  • Being multilingual is considered an asset, but not required.
  • Bachelors degree in any STEM field (BSc Chemistry, Engineering, etc.) is an asset
