About the job Content, Community and Social Lead
Responsibilities
- Work together with the Platform Content team to develop the Social / Content Calendar and orchestrate the execution to publish and manage content
- Design multiple monthly newsletters and community broadcast materials
- Design event content and creating a marketing plan to cast to community
- Write inspiring stories related to the startup ecosystem in Malaysia
- Write and design collateral for events and programs
- Monitor and track engagement performance from social media
- Engage and interact with communities within the platform and social channels
- Scouting social media for engaging community content and events
- Work with Content Manager and Customer Experience Manager to improve the platform experience and engagement
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience managing content development for website and for social engagement platforms
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Bahasa. Proficiency in other language are greatly encouraged
- Self-starter to obtain and write meaningful content
- Able to deliver creative graphic design experience for content and social media post
- Natural aesthetic ability to make all things professional, interesting and engaging
- High aptitude for technology, active adoption to latest tools for social media, and content design
- Experience in using and configuring Mail Chimp, Get Response and similar platforms for email campaigns
- Successful multi-tasker that is adaptable
- Experience in optimising content pages for search engine (SEO)
