About the job Client Success Specialist
Responsibilities
- Support business development team with the listing process.
- Responsible for submitting listing information to wallet department and the customer service department.
- Monitor and optimize project listing process e.g., token testing, change of currency confirmation, verifying time taken to change.
- Provide after listing services to clients.
- Follow up with delisting processes.
Requirements
- Min 1 years of work experience in a client-facing environment in Fintech/Insurance sectors
- Bachelors degree and above, majored in Communications/Finance/Business/Economics
- A fast learner of strong communication skills and relationship management skills
- Multi-linguistic, proficiency in English is must, preferably with one to two additional languages such as Mandarin, Hindi, Bahasa
- Experience in crypto currency trading is a plus
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on holidays and weekends, including rotational shifts as directed by their team
- Outstanding time management, multitask and organising skills.
- The flexibility and willingness to adapt quickly to situations and scenarios.
