HR & Admin Executive
About the job HR & Admin Executive
Responsibilities
- Provide a full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee relations, Performance management and etc.
- In charge of monthly payroll.
- Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
- Assist in the preparation and review of the Employee Handbook.
- Support Headquarter in the alignment of HR policies and procedures and report to Singapore HQ for any HR-related issues.
- Maintain employee P-files and ensure accurate information is updated.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor implementation.
- Manage the office and other administrative matters.
- Handle other HR and administrative duties.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma from reputed universities.
- At least 3 years of HR working experience in Malaysia.
- Familiar with employment laws and regulations of Malaysia.
- Policy-making knowledge in areas such as talent selection, compensation, employee relation, performance management, etc.
- Able to think creatively and work independently.
- Result-oriented, diligent, and good communication skills.
- Advances in knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Available immediately / within short notice is highly preferred.
