About the job Administrative Executive - Operation Support
Responsibilities
In support of the Marketing and Sales department, you are responsible:
- To follow up closely with the teams work progress and update the management as and when required.
- Be responsible for data entry, documentation, prepare printed materials and report compilation.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up as per recorded.
- Assist to prepare reports and analysis as required.
- Be responsible for documents translation, in between English and Chinese.
- Be administrative support in bidding process preparation.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned, e.g.: claims
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate. Diploma in Business/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least minimum of 3 years relevant working experience is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Meticulous, organised and independent is highly valued in this position.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to handle queries and follow up closely with the English and Mandarin speaking teams work progress and update the management as and when required.
