- We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Estimator Project Manager to join our growing team in the Concrete Restoration department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to develop a plan and timeline of work.
- Analyze and interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for job forecasting.
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for scheduling
- Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project team members to meet project goals.
- Prepare pre-construction documents such as submittals, schedules, and meeting agendas.
- Prepare close-out documents such as warranties, punch lists, and close-out packages. Ensuring punch lists are completed promptly.
- Coordinate and manage all projects and activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Generate monthly billings and ensure billing goals are met. Monitor and measure quantities to ensure accurate billings.
- Ensure that project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports, is completed accurately and on time
- Facilitate communication between the estimator, superintendent, and foreman to provide comprehensive weekly job summaries for meetings.
Education & Experience
- Minimum education level of a Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a commercial construction project management
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
- A high degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Specialty Contractors or a "Self-Performing" contractor
- Experience in sales/marketing a plus
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Travel: Travel to and from job sites is required. Company will compensate for travel expenses if applicable.
Work Environment: As a Project Manager, the employee will be exposed to an office and job site/field setting. Work environments may include, but are not limited to, seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud and frequent noises, standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, and areas close to traffic.
