Position Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Mechanical Design Engineer to support tooling design and manufacturing operations within a production environment. This role focuses on designing and improving manufacturing tooling using 3D CAD, while working closely with engineering and production teams to support efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background and experience with 3D CAD modeling, along with exposure to manufacturing environments. Candidates who understand how products move through a production process—such as those with experience in automotive, heavy-duty commercial vehicles, agriculture equipment, or other industrial manufacturing environments—are especially encouraged to apply.

Preferred CAD software includes CATIA or CREO, though candidates with experience using other 3D CAD platforms are welcome and will receive training as needed.

This position is designed as a contract-to-hire opportunity, providing a strong opportunity for early-career engineers, designers, or CAD specialists to gain hands-on experience in tooling design and manufacturing support.
