The Warranty Analyst I supports warranty operations by tracking, documenting, and coordinating warranty repairs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role works closely with engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams to analyze warranty claims, resolve recurring issues, and coordinate service activities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position plays an important role in maintaining warranty records, coordinating field service logistics, and supporting continuous improvement efforts aimed at reducing warranty costs and improving product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Document and maintain warranty repair records using internal database systems.

Initiate and track warranty work orders and maintain accurate documentation for claims and repairs.

Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to investigate and resolve recurring warranty issues.

Communicate with customers to schedule field service technicians for warranty-related repairs.

Arrange travel logistics for service technicians, including flights, rental cars, hotels, and work site coordination.

Create no-charge sales orders and track replacement parts using ERP systems.

Monitor and track shipment status of warranty parts and provide updates as needed.

Maintain familiarity with new products and product updates to effectively support warranty activities.

Utilize internal warranty systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage data and reporting.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce warranty-related labor and material costs.

Minimum Qualifications

Associates degree with 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong data entry and database management skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

Self-motivated and proactive work style


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Experience supporting warranty operations, service operations, or product support teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience working with ERP systems or warranty management software

Work Environment

Professional office environment with standard lighting and climate-controlled conditions

Primarily sedentary role involving extended computer and phone use

Frequent interaction with internal teams, customers, and field service technicians

Job Title: Warranty Analyst I

Location: Oshkosh, WI (Onsite / Limited Flexibility for Remote Work)

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (must be flexible for occasional international calls; overtime may be required)

Employment Type: Contract (W2 – Contingent Worker)

Duration: 6 months, with potential extensions or conversion based on performance and business needs
