Specific Requirements
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to understand the project requirements and objectives for the business moving forward.
- Develop, implement, winning presentation/demo meeting the clients specific requirements.
- Develop technical proposal detailing scope, schedule, and manhour effort to provide project deliverables.
- Define project success factors and identify project risks.
- Prepare project KO documentation and agree project implementation resourcing and roles & responsibilities.
- Prepare and conduct User Requirements Study
- Prepare and Conduct User acceptance Testing.
- Prepare project documentation and manuals.
- Prepare training plan, implement end user and administrator training.
- Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting.
- Communicate with partners and update partners and management of any customer support issues.
- Provide project close out reports.
- Provide Customer satisfaction feedback surveys.
- Feedback any lessons learned or opportunities for improvement.
- Provide customer solution health checks plus customer feedback/adoption/engagement.
- Provide feedback to management on company IT resources.
- Be ready to assist other departments by undertaking as hoc tasks assigned by the manager
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior application consultants.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure junior consultants acquire necessary skills and certifications.
- Collaborate with junior consultants to develop their technical expertise and consulting capabilities.

- Project schedule/cost compliance.
- Number of support requests following training
- Support response times.
