Job Descriptions :

  • Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
  • Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web site
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Maintain jovial relationships with clients

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • At least a year of experience in a technical support or similar role
  • Have experience in the same field (SAP) is a plus
  • Able to manage task work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of API and Web Services also good understanding of Java
  • Sound critical thinking and a problem solving skills
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Able to write and speak english fluently
