About the job Technical Support
Job Descriptions :
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
- Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web site
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- At least a year of experience in a technical support or similar role
- Have experience in the same field (SAP) is a plus
- Able to manage task work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of API and Web Services also good understanding of Java
- Sound critical thinking and a problem solving skills
- Good time management and communication skills
- Able to write and speak english fluently
