Job Description:

Senior Key Account Director

We are engaged with a leading global pharmaceutical company, that is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Key Account Director to manage the oncology portfolio in the allocated territory. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders, driving sales growth, and executing promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key leaders and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve sales targets
  • Develop detailed account plans outlining unmet needs and stakeholder relationships
  • Organize and execute promotional meetings with healthcare professionals
  • Manage assigned territory through planning, reporting, and activity analysis
  • Utilize CRM system and report field visits regularly
  • Continuously learn and improve product and selling skills
  • Proactively gather competitive intelligence and share insights

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (life sciences, medicine, nursing, pharmacy)
  • 5+ years of experience in pharma as a salesperson or medical representative
  • Prior experience with oncology/vaccines/neurology portfolio is a plus
  • Experience with rare diseases and orphan drugs is a plus
