Base salary: PHP 55,000 per month, plus 13th-month pay and applicable night-shift differential

Role

The Professional Standards Manager helps maintain a professional and accountable workplace at Globalco. The role investigates reported misconduct, establishes the facts, and recommends practical actions to uphold company Guidelines and prevent recurring issues.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate reported misconduct and breaches of company Guidelines.
• Conduct interviews, gather relevant information, and prepare clear findings.
• Build and lead a team working across Globalco departments.
• Maintain confidential records and recommend appropriate action.
• Improve internal procedures and manage anonymous reporting channels.

Qualifications

• At least three years of service in a police force or military police.
• Strong interviewing, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and a professional approach to sensitive matters.
• Availability for a mixed-shift schedule.
• Travel Required
