We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to provide high-quality therapy and counseling services to individuals. The ideal candidate will be a skilled therapist with a broad understanding of mental health, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to build therapeutic relationships in a confidential and empathetic manner across various age groups and backgrounds.

Location: Makati City, Philippines

Working Hours: 4pm to 12 Midnight Monday to Friday

Compensation: up to Php 50,000.00

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy using a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or other evidence-based approaches tailored to the needs of clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to diagnose mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, and more. Administer psychological tests when necessary.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, collaborating with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitoring progress throughout the treatment process.
  • Educate clients on mental health issues, coping strategies, and behavioral techniques to manage their conditions effectively. Promote long-term mental health and well-being by providing clients with the tools they need to maintain progress.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and modify therapeutic approaches as necessary based on client progress or changing needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, including intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and updates. Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, treatment modalities, and best practices in clinical psychology. Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and conferences to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Psychology from a reputable institution.
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist, such as Licensed Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical psychology, including significant experience in therapy and counseling across a broad range of mental health issues (anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, etc.).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches).
  • Experience conducting psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
  • Strong clinical judgment, with the ability to assess complex issues and provide effective treatment interventions.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience or advanced training in specialized areas of therapy such as trauma, family therapy, and etc.
