Position: Customer Sales Representative
Location: One Ayala Makati, Philippines
Working Hours / Available shifts:
8:00 pm to 5:00 am (Night Shift) Monday to Friday
9:00 pm to 6:00 am (Night Shift) Monday to Friday
Compensation: Php 30,000.00
Responsibilities:
- With strong English (American) accent.
- With experience on handling calls with Middle Eastern clients (is a plus).
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products/services to clients.
- Handle client inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Keep detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (prior experience in BPO is a plus).
- Strong English (American) accent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Can do night shifts and day shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
