Brief Summary: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Astrologer with a deep understanding of natal charts, planetary placements, and the influence of natal houses to provide insightful astrology readings for clients. This part-time position offers flexibility and is ideal for someone who is passionate about astrology and enjoys helping clients gain deeper self-awareness through the analysis of their birth charts. The successful candidate will have practical experience in interpreting and analyzing natal charts, including the ability to explain the significance of the 12 houses and their impact on various life areas.

Location: One Ayala, Makati City, Philippines

Working Hours: 9pm to 1am, Monday to Friday 60 hours per month

Compensation: 350 pesos/hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth astrological consultations for clients based on their natal charts, helping them understand the influences of their sun, moon, and rising signs, as well as the significance of planets in the 12 astrological houses.
• Utilize your knowledge of the natal houses to explain how planetary placements in each house influence various aspects of clients' lives, including career, relationships, health, spirituality, and personal development.
• Create detailed written reports and summaries based on client readings, explaining the client's strengths, challenges, and potential life paths based on their unique birth chart. Provide actionable insights that clients can use for self-reflection or personal growth.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations, either in person, over the phone, or via video calls. Use your astrological knowledge to answer questions, offer guidance, and help clients navigate key life decisions or transitions.
• Help clients understand basic astrological concepts and how they can apply astrology to their daily lives. Provide a gentle, educational approach that empowers clients to interpret their own charts and use astrology for personal growth.
• Offer follow-up sessions to track clients' progress, provide ongoing guidance, and interpret key astrological transits or progressions as they occur. Help clients integrate astrological insights into their life choices.
• Ensure that all client information is kept confidential and that ethical guidelines are followed in all consultations and reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest astrological trends, tools, and practices. Continue to deepen your knowledge of astrology, including current astrological cycles, planetary transits, and new interpretations of natal chart placements.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a practicing astrologer, with demonstrated knowledge and expertise in natal chart interpretation and house placements. A portfolio of previous client readings or testimonials is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of astrology, including the interpretation of the 12 houses, planetary placements, aspects, and other key elements of a natal chart. Ability to explain complex astrological concepts in an accessible and relatable manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey astrological insights in a clear, supportive, and empathetic manner. Comfortable conducting consultations via phone, video, or in person.
• While certification is not always required, completion of a recognized astrology course or program is a plus.
• A compassionate and client-centered approach, with an ability to listen, empathize, and provide guidance that is non-judgmental and empowering.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in astrology practice, ensuring that clients' privacy and trust are respected at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other areas of astrology, such as synastry (relationship astrology), horary astrology, or election astrology, is a bonus.
• Familiarity with astrology chart software (e.g., Astro.com, Solar Fire, or similar) for creating accurate charts and reports.
