Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Tech Operations professional to join our dynamic team supporting critical technical processes during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, incident management, process monitoring, and collaborating cross-functionally to sustain service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure availability and performance throughout the night shift.
• Respond promptly to technical incidents, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where necessary to minimize downtime or business impact.
• Collaborate with support teams and stakeholders to coordinate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date incident and service logs to track recurring issues and improvements.
• Assist with routine process audits, documentation, and compliance adherence.
• • Facilitate smooth handover to day-shift teams with documented reports and action plans.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding data security, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field preferred.
• Prior experience in technical operations, IT service management, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, databases).
• Familiarity with incident management tools and scripting for automation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with aptitude for detailed process execution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an English-speaking environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a night shift onsite environment while managing workloads responsibly.
• Proactive attitude towards team support, quality improvement, and continuous learning.

--- Salary Range (India - Hyderabad Office):
₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month
