Identify, engage, and hire top talent to support Globalco's growth across business units. Strong mid-shift professionals are invited to apply.
Work Setup and Shift Schedule:
Full-time onsite and Mid-shift - Mondays to Saturdays (2PM to 11PM)
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute sourcing strategies for assigned roles.,
Screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates.,
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for business-critical positions.,
Track metrics related to time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.,
Ensure flawless compliance with local labor and data protection laws.,
Build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or related field.,
Minimum of 2 years experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in BPO or tech outsourcing.,
Demonstrated success sourcing for a variety of roles.,
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.,
Excellent spoken and written English.,
Strong process orientation and organizational skills.,
Preferred Attributes
Experience recruiting for technical/AI or multilingual roles.,
Persistent, analytical, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.,
Demonstrated judgment and high ethical standards.,
Remuneration
₱20,000 – ₱29,000 per month, depending on experience.
