Warehouse Supervisor needs 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
Warehouse Supervisor requires:
Excel Spreadsheets and Word Processing software
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
The ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Math
Minimum of 2 years of college, bachelor's degree preferred
Warehouse Supervisor duties:
Required to climb or balance.
Regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Train production personnel to perform work assignments safely and efficiently.
Maintain good employee relations through coaching and consistent application of employee relations policies.
Submit requisitions for operating personnel to meet established goals.
Facilitate employee team operations.
Review and coach employees in accordance with the plant goals.
Arranges for proper maintenance of machines and equipment.
