Bilingual Spanish/Eng Customer Service needs 1 year in telephone customer service or related experience
Bilingual Spanish/Eng Customer Service requires:
High School diploma or GED
A minimum of 1 year in telephone customer service or related experience
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software
Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio.
Monday - Friday. Eight (8) hour shifts between the hours of 7:55 AM - 5:00 PM.
Overtime may be required
Bilingual Spanish/Eng Customer Service duties:
Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures\
Answers questions regarding child support payments posting, payments disbursement, and account histories.
Defines or resolves inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence.
Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
