Account Leasing Clerk requires:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with project management, with a focus on data integrity and process improvement preferred.
  • Experience interpreting legal documents, including real estate leases and contracts preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.

Account Leasing Clerk duties:

  • Provide to Managers and Account Project Managers support with various tasks, including collocation project set-up and tracking, application re-approvals, document creation and retrieval, notices to proceed, rights of first refusal, engineering load lists, post-installation audits, asset integrity calculations, and processing purchase orders.
  • Create and submit applications into the Online Application system by reviewing and understanding the customers proposed tower and ground equipment configuration.
  • Assemble and deliver/upload customer documents, including PO requests, lease packages and other project level deliverables.
  • Coordinate document and data uploads into internal and external systems.
