Excellent Microsoft Office suite experience advanced PowerPoint and Excel required

2+ years managing HR projects using project tools

Proactive, resourcefulness and solution oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results with a high focus on accuracy an attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to include strong presentation skills and ability to articulate messages in a concise and cohesive manner
Prior exposure and presentation experience to various organizational levels.
Strong project management and process improvement skills.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management or related field
HR Project administrator duties:
Ability to create and maintain HR project work plans in Excel, MS Project and other project tools, creating interdependencies, success criteria and milestones
Create and deliver presentations using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, etc.
Applies HR knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to identify potential bottlenecks, risks, and development of solutions to drive positive outcomes
Proven ability and desire to solve problems and present implementable solutions in a highly matrixed organization
