3+ years talent acquisition experience (including experience sourcing for technical roles)
1+ years analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends
Proficiency with Workday (as an ATS), Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Excel) and LinkedIn Recruiter Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated understanding of various engineering roles in technology, including software engineering, data analytics, and/or security (and the ability to assess candidates qualifications for these roles)
Ability to deal well with ambiguity and thrive in an environment where multi-tasking is required
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.
Equivalent experience is defined as 4 year of professional work experience in a corporate environment.
Talent acquisition Sourcer duties:
Craft and send recruiting emails.
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Promote employer brand.
Mine ATS for cold candidates and communicate with them regarding new job opportunities.
Reduce time to fill for technical team.
