JIRA Marketing Administrator requires:
- NY/NJ Hybrid
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Jira Query Language (JQL) and other Jira tools and integrations.
- Experience with scripting and automation (like Groovy) is a plus.
JIRA Marketing Administrator duties:
- Responsible for the on-boarding, configuration, maintenance and enhancements of our Jira platform to support digital marketing workstreams.
- Onboard the JIRA tool into our digital marketing workflow.
- Administer and maintain Jira projects, workflows, and configurations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships in Jira.
- Customize Jira dashboards and filters to improve project visibility and reporting.
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to Jira applications and integrate with other tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for Jira instance modifications.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to optimize their use of Jira.
- Stay updated with the latest Jira features and best practices to enhance team productivity.
- Monitor performance and optimize system processes, including evaluating plugins and third-party tools.
