- Supports team sales efforts and sponsor activities, and provides customer issue resolution.
- Manages local office and facilities.
- Provide basic word processing support; creating simple spreadsheets
- Provide telephone support, responding to routine questions, screening calls, taking accurate messages and rerouting calls when appropriate
