Prior experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate, or professional services industries

Ability to make sensible, independent decisions with limited supervision

Customer Focus- Diligence and sense of urgency in getting tasks completed

Computer/Software Skills- Basic typing and knowledge of e-mail communications

High school or GED minimum

Technical or trade school a plus

Mailroom Admin Manager duties:

Check supplies for office supplies, paper, toner, etc

Submit order to Facility Manager for placement

Help coordinate large conference room schedules

Work with Fitness Center personnel
