We are looking for a detail-oriented Incorporation Specialist to join our client's team in Tangerang, Indonesia. This role involves managing the entire company registration process, advising on legal compliance, staying updated on regulations, securing permits, and maintaining organized registration records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and submit company registration documents (e.g., articles of incorporation, licenses).
  • Manage the entire filing process, from document preparation to final approval.
  • Ensure all paperwork is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Act as the point of contact with government agencies and legal authorities for business registrations.
  • Follow up on registration applications to ensure timely processing and resolve any issues.
  • Advise clients or internal teams on compliance requirements, legal structures, and best practices for business formation.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to business registration laws and regulations.
  • Assist in securing necessary permits, licenses, and tax registration.
  • Maintain organized records of all registration documents and filing deadlines.
  • Ensure proper storage and accessibility of legal documents for future reference.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate registration or legal administration.
  • Fluent in Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proven experience in company registration, corporate filings, or legal support.
  • Familiarity with business formation processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of legal documentation and compliance standards.
