We are seeking an excellent Strategic Partnership Manager with prior experience in Corporate Partnership and B2B to join our client's team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Singapore-based businesses with their expansion efforts in Malaysia. Your responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities, building strategic relationships, and providing insights on industry trends and regulations. This is an onsite position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Singapore-based businesses in their growth plans and business needs in Malaysia.
  • Establish a good understanding of business/industry trends in Malaysia and identify opportunities for Singapore businesses.
  • Monitor the business environment (such as regulations) and provide market intelligence to help shape project facilitation.
  • Build and cultivate strategic contacts with key stakeholders in Malaysia.
  • Track and report the progress of various project facilitation.

Key Requirements:

  • A recognized good degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in business development roles with market knowledge.
  • Proactive individual who derives motivation and energy from meeting new people, understanding new business models and providing actionable solutions.
  • Ability to independently and actively monitor the business environment (such as regulations) and provide market intelligence.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu is a prerequisite.
