About the job HR Operation Specialist
We are seeking an HR Operation Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources and office administration for the Indonesian team. You will oversee HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the status of the Indonesian team (8-9 employees currently), comprehend team requirements, and facilitate the effective implementation of human resource plans within the ID department.
- Budgeting and management of human resources, control of labor costs.
- Assist in building the organization and team atmosphere, promoting team culture, and driving rapid business growth.
- Manage local employees' attendance, handle social security contributions, and verify and manage payroll.
- Handle other administrative office tasks, such as document or data entry and archiving, monitoring employee status, office rental activities, work visa processing, etc.
- Responsible for future recruitment activities for the Indonesian team, meeting the local staffing needs.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Fluent in Indonesian, and proficient in Chinese. No hard requirements in English.
- Practical experience in payroll management and distribution and employee performance management, with in-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations, proficient in basic Office software.
- Self-driven, strong logical thinking, responsible, approachable, capable of handling significant work pressure, and able to adapt to the company's rapid development pace.
