Job Title: Sorting Team Lead

Location: 925 Freeport Parkway, Dallas, TX

Work Schedule: 12:00 PM - End of Shift (Full-time)

Pay Range: $23 - $25 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a small warehouse team and train new employees

• Supervise job responsibilities and performance evaluation of warehouse staff

• Coordinate with DSP and follow up on warehouse issues and urgent matters

• Handle order picking, warehouse organization, and safety issues

• Optimize layout flow and continuously improve business processes

Qualifications:

• Chinese-speaking, experienced in warehouse team management

• Responsible and capable of problem-solving

• Strong communication skills and logical thinking, able to drive team efficiency
