Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather requirements & write user stories (BDD)
• Partner with traders, ops & tech teams
• Analyze processes, design workflows, review UI/UX
• Document BRDs, test plans, and status reporting

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• BA experience in trading platforms (OMS/EMS, FIX protocol)
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle & connectivity
• Hands-on with cash equities, derivatives, FX workflows
• SQL fluency; Python reading is an advantage
• Excellent communication & documentation skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Scrum Master certification
