Title: AI Governance Specialist (Retail Domain)

We're looking for an experienced AI Governance Specialist with strong retail domain expertise to lead and implement enterprise-level data governance strategies for AI/ML initiatives.

Key Requirements:
10+ years in Data Governance/Data Stewardship (3–5 years in AI/ML data)
Strong experience with enterprise data platforms & large-scale environments
Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML pipelines, MLOps tools (MLflow, Azure ML, SageMaker, Databricks)
Experience with data governance tools (Collibra, Alation, Atlan, Informatica)
Working knowledge of SQL & Python
Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift
Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA & Responsible AI practices

What You'll Do:
Define and enforce AI data governance policies
Ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance
Lead cross-functional governance initiatives
Drive adoption of best practices in AI/ML data management
