This internship is ideal for someone interested in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, AI, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, Boolean Search, and AI recruiting tools
• Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements
• Conduct initial candidate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and recruiters
• Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
• Assist with candidate pipeline management and follow-up
• Learn recruiting best practices, Boolean search techniques, and AI sourcing strategies
• Support recruiters on multiple technology recruiting projects

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree
• Strong communication skills in English
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and online research tools
• Interest in recruiting, HR, sales, or technology

Preferred

• Previous recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales experience
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, or CRM systems
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity
