Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) with strong data center infrastructure and cross-functional program management experience. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of data center related projects, including planning, coordination, deployment, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex technical programs across engineering, operations, vendors, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage data center infrastructure projects from planning through execution and delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, network, facilities, operations, and external vendors
  • Track project scope, timeline, milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Drive regular program reviews and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Support capacity planning, deployment schedules, hardware delivery, and site readiness activities
  • Identify issues early and drive resolution across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain project documentation, process tracking, and reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, engineering program management, or technical project management
  • Prior experience supporting data center, infrastructure, network, or hardware deployment projects
  • Strong understanding of data center environments, server/network infrastructure, or colocation operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with server deployment, rack/stack, network implementation, or site operations
  • Familiarity with capacity planning, hardware lifecycle management, and vendor coordination
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus
