About the job Project Sales Manager
Responsibilities of the Position:
To meet the logistics system requirements of overseas clients, the Project Sales Manager will leverage Demag Group's experience in industry system solutions and standardized logistics conveyor and sorting equipment. With support from the Group's system planning team, the manager will independently take on the design and refinement of system solutions, aiming to minimize any issues in the detailed design phase, ensure smooth implementation on-site, and reduce losses caused by design errors to the greatest extent possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for communication and confirmation of system layout optimization and overall process refinement for awarded projects with clients.
Responsible for reviewing and optimizing the system solution layout for awarded projects.
Organize cost review and revisions for the finalized system solution plans of awarded projects.
Update technical agreements and other related technical documents for awarded projects.
Participate in the technical handover and follow-up review after the project design is finalized, providing support for on-site drawings and technical assistance.
Ensure all relevant materials related to the project solutions are entered into the company's BPM system as required.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree or above, with overseas study experience preferred.
2. Major:
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or other related engineering disciplines.
3. Experience:
Over 3 years of experience in planning logistics conveyor and sorting system solutions.
4. Knowledge & Skills:
(1) Proficient in using AUTOCAD, with a strong ability to read and interpret automation, control, electrical, mechatronics, and mechanical drawings.
(2) At least 2-3 years of engineering design experience in large- or medium-sized integrated logistics system projects.
(3) Familiar with the selection and application of logistics system equipment, as well as customer demand insights and communication skills for guiding client needs.
(4) Knowledge of local/regional technical standards and certifications, with the ability to mitigate risks.
(5) Strong industry data mining and analysis skills, with innovative solution refinement capabilities.
(6) Strong cross-departmental collaboration and coordination skills, working closely with various departments to ensure efficient and successful implementation of solution planning.
5. Language:
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to communicate effectively in work-related discussions and handle technical documents in English. CET-4 or above. Proficiency in Portuguese, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
