About the job Human Resources Manager (Mandarin)
Responsibilities:
- Expand the law firm's team by handling recruitment and team-building activities.
- Monitor and enforce company policies, including the employee handbook, attendance policies, and other workplace regulations.
- Complete monthly tasks such as attendance tracking, employee insurance management, and labor contract administration.
- Handle finance-related tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoice organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles within an immigration law firm, with hands-on knowledge of key HR and administrative workflows and strong execution skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; highly responsible, approachable, and detail-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.
- Familiarity with federal and California labor laws.
- Proficiency in office software and various recruitment platforms.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required.
