Responsibilities:

  1. Expand the law firm's team by handling recruitment and team-building activities.
  2. Monitor and enforce company policies, including the employee handbook, attendance policies, and other workplace regulations.
  3. Complete monthly tasks such as attendance tracking, employee insurance management, and labor contract administration.
  4. Handle finance-related tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoice organization.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles within an immigration law firm, with hands-on knowledge of key HR and administrative workflows and strong execution skills.
  2. Excellent communication and coordination skills; highly responsible, approachable, and detail-oriented.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.
  4. Familiarity with federal and California labor laws.
  5. Proficiency in office software and various recruitment platforms.
  6. Fluency in Mandarin is required.
