About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Director to join our growing team. This is a leadership position focused on driving sales, market analysis, and strategic customer relationship management within the pipe industry, specifically focusing on PVC, PPR, HDPE, and PE-RT materials. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, have a deep understanding of the industry, and be familiar with North American market dynamics.

Responsibilities

Market Analysis and Customer Insights: In-depth analysis of the U.S. regulatory market to identify and understand industry dynamics, competitive trends, and customer needs. Regularly assess market trends, forecast future needs, and provide sales teams with market insights and strategic advice.

Pipe sales, including: PVC,PPR,HDPE, PE-RT material sales experience.

Customer Relationship Management and Expansion: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, including contractors, distributors, OEMs, etc.

Product Promotion and Brand Building: Develop and execute marketing programs to increase brand awareness and market share.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing position in the pipe industry, building materials or related industry.

Must have legal qualifications to conduct business in North America, including but not limited to a work visa or U.S. citizenship.

In-depth knowledge of the pipe industry, including the characteristics and applications of various pipe materials (e.g. PVC, HDPE, etc.), as well as relevant industry standards and regulations. Enterprises in the same industry are preferred.

Familiar with sales channels, distribution networks and customer groups in North America market, able to identify and develop potential customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,291.00 - $205,608.00 per year
