Senior Field Application Engineer

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell semiconductor products while providing timely technical support to customers.
• Track project progress and provide feedback to the design team, ensuring product quality aligns with client and market demands.
• Assist in the preparation of product promotion materials and provide training for sales teams, distributors, and field application engineers.
• Communicate market demands and new product insights to the R&D team to support product development.
• Support the Line Manager in various strategic planning activities.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with over 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of product principles and applications in the semiconductor industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for fluent and effective interactions.
• Familiarity with the IATF16949 quality management system.
• Knowledge of automotive laws and regulations.
• Ability to communicate customer needs and requirements to the R&D team and provide timely feedback on new products.
• Experience in tracking projects, providing technical support, and troubleshooting customer issues on-site to ensure product quality meets customer and market expectations.
