Responsibilities of the Position:

Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for overseas markets to achieve the companys sales goals, while enhancing the brand's visibility and influence in these markets. This includes market expansion and customer development, achieving sales targets and performance, product promotion and solution provision, contract management, and accounts receivable collection.


Job Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy
1.1 Stay informed about the development trends of assigned clients and the industry, providing periodic feedback on various dynamic information to superiors, along with suggestions and recommendations related to sales strategies.
1.2 Participate in the formulation of the companys annual sales strategy, policies, and plans, and contribute to the development and implementation of market promotion strategies.
1.3 Learn and adopt the annual sales policies, and flexibly apply them to facilitate the achievement of sales targets.

Planning and Management
Based on the organizations planning management standards, break down and implement the departments annual tasks and objectives. Conduct regular plan summaries and analysis on a monthly and weekly basis to ensure continuous progress towards plan completion.

Business Management (Conveyor Direct Sales and Key Account Business, Container Business)

3.1 Sales Management: Based on the annual sales targets and plans for the assigned business areas, develop strategies and implementation methods for the year, and organize efforts to achieve the annual sales goals.
3.2 Business Public Relations: Develop public relations strategies for key projects, organize implementation, and achieve the expected targets.
3.3 Customer Management: In line with the companys customer management policies and CRM systems, continuously improve customer data, and carry out various activities to maintain customer relationships.
3.4 Expense Management: According to the companys annual sales expense budget and accounting standards, effectively manage the sales expenses within the assigned scope and ensure efficient utilization to control the sales expense targets.
3.5 Receivables Management: Based on the progress of sales order fulfillment, proactively manage the collection of receivables and achieve the expected payment goals.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

Bachelors degree or above, with overseas study experience preferred.

2. Major:

Business Administration, Consumer Goods, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or related fields.

3. Experience:

Over 3 years of experience in sales of logistics and conveyor systems.

4. Knowledge & Skills:
(1) Familiar with the business processes and development trends in the logistics industry, understanding the components and application scenarios of logistics systems, with strong ability in designing logistics system solutions.
(2) Possess excellent sales skills and business negotiation abilities, capable of effective communication and coordination with clients, accurately identifying customer needs, and facilitating project cooperation.
(3) Have good project management skills, able to reasonably plan project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth project implementation.
(4) Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and capable of data analysis and report writing.

5. Competencies:
(1) Strong market development ability and team spirit, capable of handling significant work pressure and challenging high targets.
(2) Good customer service awareness and communication coordination skills, able to establish strong relationships with clients at different levels.
(3) Sharp market insight and analytical judgment, capable of seizing market opportunities in a timely manner and formulating effective sales strategies.
(4) Strong learning ability and self-motivation, continuously improving professional knowledge and business skills to meet the companys development needs.
(5) Strong cross-departmental collaboration and coordination skills, working closely with various departments to ensure the efficient implementation of solution plans.

6. Language:

Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to communicate effectively in work-related discussions and handle technical documents in English. CET-4 or above. Knowledge of Portuguese, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
