Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our semiconductor products, including memory devices and architectures, to potential customers in various markets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of semiconductor products, focusing on memory devices and related technologies, to a diverse customer base.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research, outbound sales activities, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate our semiconductor products to potential clients, explaining their benefits and technical specifications.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to close deals and ensure business growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and company goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, engineering, and product management) to align customer needs with product offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest semiconductor trends and competitor products to identify market opportunities and enhance sales efforts.
- Monitor customer feedback and report insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand the customer base and promote products.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the semiconductor or technology industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical products to non-technical customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Pay: $96,557.00 - $130,830.00 per year
