Role Overview:

As a Senior AI Enginee, you will be responsible for developing next-generation AI models that power social media applications. You will design and implement cutting-edge generative AI models for image and video creation, optimizing them for high engagement and brand impact. Working closely with a cross-functional team, youll drive the AI strategy and contribute to shaping the future of AI-powered social media products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Next-Generation AI Models: Design and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models for image and video creation, leveraging the latest advancements in research to push the boundaries of what's possible.
• Optimize for Social Media Applications: Build and fine-tune vision models specifically tailored for social media, enhancing user engagement and brand impact by delivering high-quality, relevant content.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to conceptualize, prototype, and launch AI-driven features that achieve measurable results, creating new value for users and the business.
• Scale & Deploy AI Systems: Research and experiment with advanced architectures to productionize AI systems, supporting large-scale user bases and processing high volumes of data efficiently.
• Shape AI Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the AI roadmap, establishing best practices, and helping define positions at the forefront of generative imagery and video in the social media space.

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of Experience: A minimum of five years in AI development (graduated in 2019 or earlier), with a strong background in computer vision or deep learning.
• Expertise in Generative AI: Hands-on experience with cutting-edge techniques such as DreamBooth and LoRA training for vision models. A proven track record of shipping or publishing generative image or video models is essential.
• Scalable System Design: Expertise in architecting AI pipelines, optimizing model performance, fine-tuning for speed, and balancing cost efficiency with the latest advancements in AI.
• Social Media AI Integration: Experience building or integrating AI-powered solutions within social media platforms is a significant plus.
• Proactive and Independent: Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, take initiative, and deliver impactful AI solutions from concept to deployment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $166,269.00 - $177,150.00 per year
