About the job AI Product Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of our AI products, focusing on customer support AI solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our AI solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AI and SaaS space.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software, AI, or SaaS sales, with a focus on customer support AI products.
- Strong understanding of the customer support industry and how AI solutions can improve customer experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.

Pay: $143,288.00 - $160,338.00 per year
