About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Director(SPC Sales)to join our growing team. This is a leadership position focused on driving sales, market analysis, and strategic customer relationship management within the pipe industry, specifically focusing on PVC, PPR, HDPE, and PE-RT materials. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, have a deep understanding of the industry, and be familiar with North American market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

Channel Development & Management:

Make efforts to establish and consolidate high - level communication bridges and long - term cooperative relationships with large - scale commercial customers (such as chain malls, hotel groups), builders, distributors, retailers, etc. in the region.

Actively explore and open up new sales channels and market areas for SPC flooring. Pay attention to the needs of emerging business forms (such as shared office spaces, characteristic theme restaurants) and popular residential development areas, and establish close cooperative relationships with potential partners (such as emerging architectural design companies, home improvement e - commerce platforms) to promote the wide - spread promotion and application of the company's SPC flooring products in emerging markets.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:

Thoroughly study the US SPC flooring market, closely track industry trends, and accurately analyze the product characteristics, pricing strategies, market share, etc. of competitors.

Channel Partner Support & Relationship Management:

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the building materials sector.

Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify new opportunities for expanding the distribution network and optimizing product offerings.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related fields.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling, ideally within the building materials, SPC floor, LVT, Digital Wall Panel or sanitary ware industries.

Proven track record of building and managing successful distribution networks.

Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, particularly within the retail and wholesale sectors.

Pay: $120,291.00 - $205,608.00 per year
