Role Overview:

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be at the forefront of building and enhancing AI-powered web applications that will transform how social marketers engage with AI-generated content. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-performance, scalable frontend solutions that support data-driven applications while collaborating with a talented, cross-functional team to drive product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-Powered Web Applications: Lead the design and development of next-generation, AI-driven web applications that empower social marketers to generate, modify, and interact with AI-powered images and videos, revolutionizing the content creation process.
• Optimize User Experience & Performance: Build responsive, high-performance frontend solutions to ensure smooth and engaging user experiences across modern browsers and devices, with a focus on both speed and usability.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to prototype, iterate, and deploy user-centric features that drive user engagement, product growth, and business impact.
• Scale & Deploy Cutting-Edge Architectures: Research, experiment with, and implement scalable frontend frameworks and UI systems capable of supporting growing user bases, increased data complexity, and the evolving needs of the application.
• Shape Frontend Strategy & Best Practices: Contribute to the product roadmap, working alongside technical leaders to establish and champion frontend development standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions, and shaping the future of AI-powered social media experiences.

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of Experience: Minimum of five years of professional experience (graduated in 2019 or earlier) with a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, especially in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in React/Next.js: Extensive hands-on experience building high-performance, scalable frontend applications using React and Next.js, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Product & System Design Skills: Strong capability to architect and implement robust, user-centric solutions that effectively translate customer needs into intuitive and functional products.
• Social Media & AI Integration: Experience developing or integrating AI-powered features within social media platforms is a significant advantage.
• Proactive and Independent: Self-motivated problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments, taking full ownership of projects from start to finish, consistently delivering impactful solutions that drive business outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $147,984.00 - $160,437.00 per year
