Job Title: Terminal Operation Specialist

Location:
925 Freeport Parkway, Dallas, TX

Work Schedule:
6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Full-time)

Pay Range:
$20 - $22 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with DSPs (Delivery Service Providers) to allocate routes and adjust zip codes
  
  
• Coordinate with departments such as Quality Control, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve operational issues
  
  
• Analyze and resolve daily operational anomalies and improve workflows
  
  
• Assist in managing terminal operation processes to ensure efficient and stable operations
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in transportation or logistics preferred
  
  
• Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and fast learner
  
  
• Proficient in basic computer operations
  
  
• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
