Title: ServiceNow Developer / Administrator

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring for a talented ServiceNow Developer / Administrator to join a fast-paced Agile team supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow environments. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow administration and development experience with expertise in ITSM modules, JavaScript, and platform support.

Responsibilities:

Configure, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
Perform platform administration, monitoring, upgrades, and patching
Support Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and ITOM/CMDB modules
Troubleshoot technical and performance-related issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Support production and non-production ServiceNow instances
Configure reports, dashboards, and system enhancements
Participate in code reviews and development discussions
Document issue resolutions and administrative processes
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define requirements

Required Skills:

3+ years of ServiceNow Platform Administration experience
Strong hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and ITOM/CMDB
Strong JavaScript experience
Experience troubleshooting complex ServiceNow issues
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Active ServiceNow CSA Certification (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow CIS Certification (SPM and/or APM)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Certification
