Position Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Chino CA
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Operator position involves performing daily operations such as receiving, sorting, storing, picking, and shipping goods. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, accurate inventory handling, and effective communication with team members and supervisors. Heavy lifting is not required, as all necessary lifting equipment and safety tools are provided.
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $20 - $22 (night shift at $22/hour), full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect inbound shipments following established procedures
- Sort, label, and store products accurately in designated warehouse locations
Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and with accuracy
- Prepare shipments, generate shipping labels, and coordinate outbound transportation
Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks, barcode scanners) safely
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Follow all workplace safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve daily operational goals
Qualifications:
- Preferred: 5 months to 1 year of overseas warehouse or logistics experience; express/courier warehouse experience is a plus
Basic computer proficiency required
Strong learning ability, responsibility, and positive work attitude
- Flexibility to follow scheduling arrangements and adapt to shift rotations
Professional Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping processes
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under time constraints
Basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations
Ability to identify and resolve minor operational issues independently
Project Management & Communication Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordination with supervisors, team members, and logistics partners
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and report operational issues promptly
Team player willing to assist colleagues during peak workload periods
Language Skills:
- Basic English reading and writing skills for handling labels, shipping documents, and system entries
Mandarin proficiency preferred
Additional Requirements:
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures
Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to complete any required training or certifications for warehouse equipment operation
